What time do all the shows start?
The doors open at 7pm and the show starts at about 8pm, finishing around 11pm. On Wednesdays we have a late bar. Then we have our classic disco until late.

 

Is there an age restriction?

The club is strictly 18's and over. If any members of your party look 21 or below, they are advised to bring photo I.D. or entry may be refused. We accept driving licenses, passports and "Prove It!" cards.

 

Is there a dress code?

There is no real dress code at the Frog and bucket, although we do discourage sports wear and hats are not allowed to be worn in the venue. Jeans and trainers are allowed. Football shirts are not allowed.

What are the Concessions?
We offer discounted tickets at £10 per person for NUS holders, NHS and emergency services staff and teachers.

 

Can I book a table?
If you book your tickets in advance, you should get a table unless you are told otherwise. We can seat 200 people and we sell standing tickets after that at a reduced rate of just £10.

 

Are there tickets available on the door?
There are usually some tickets available on the door if you come early enough, but we would always recommend booking in advance as it guarantees you entry.

 

If we can't make it, do you do refunds?
I'm afraid we don't do refunds, but if you can't make it and you let us know, we can usually transfers your booking to another show so you don't miss out!

 

Are there booking fees ?

Bookings taken through the Frog and Bucket office do not incur a booking fee. Bookings through Ticketweb do incur a booking charge.

 

How do I pick up my tickets?

We don't issue tickets. We work on a reservation basis, all you need to do is bring the card that you booked on with you on the night, and quote the booking name on the door.

 

Do you cater for Stag and Hen parties?

We do cater for stag and hen parties, and if you contact our booking line we have packages to cater to all your needs. The management reserves the right to refuse a booking for a particular date on the policy that we try and ensure an even balance of males and females in the venue. Book early to avoid disappointment. For all male parties of six or more we ask individuals to pay a "security bond" of £10 in cash on entry. This deposit is then refunded at the end of the evening provided there have been no disturbances. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy the show.

 

Do you have disabled access and facilities?

We do have disabled access into the venue and access to the disabled toilets If you have any further questions, please contact the venue.

What are the house rules?

We request that you turn off mobile phones. We ask customers not to chat during the show. Anyone deemed to be disturbing the show for other people will be asked to leave with no refund.

 

Do you hold bookings provisionally?

We will hold a booking for 48 hours for you, then tickets will be released again for genral sale. If you have any other questions, please use the Ask the Frog form.
