What you can expect
We can guarantee a fantastic night out in the Frog and Bucket with our cabaret style seating, friendly staff and great comics you get the best possible atmosphere for comedy.
The bar is a stone’s throw from the stage so you can always keep your glasses topped up and have the best possible Christmas night out ever!!
The Frog and Bucket brings you the finest acts from the National and International Comedy Circuit. The Frog and Bucket boasts world class line ups all the year round, but we always go the extra mile around the festive season with some of the best, award winning stand ups from the National and International circuit.
Our doors will open at 7pm for our evening shows so your party will have plenty of time to have a drink before the show starts at around 8.15. If you are opting for the buffet option we would ask that you are in the venue by 7.15pm. Anyone not having the buffet is welcome to join us for drinks at 7.00pm; otherwise we request that you are in the venue by 8.00pm.
The night will be introduced by one of our world class comperes and features two top flight headliners playing extended sets with a short break in between to charge your glasses!
We’re confident that we offer the best night out in town. Not only do you get top quality acts at the best venue in town, you also get our legendary classic disco through 'til 2am so you can dance the night away to the best disco anthems and guilty pleasures. This night has it all.

To ensure value for money we put together a night that includes two headline comedians from the national and international comedy circuit doing extended sets, one of our fantastic comperes and the legendary post show disco.

We understand that organising a staff party can be hard work so we have a variety of shows and packages to choose from to suit your party’s budget and availability.
We even offer Luncheon shows so you can offer your staff the same great night out, in the day!

Crowne Plaza
Due to the massive demand for the Frog and Bucket at Christmas, 2010 sees us again running two venues. We are proud to have teamed up with the Crowne Plaza Hotel and we have recreated the Frog and Bucket there with the same world class stand up but with an extra slice of luxury and decadence!

Due to the popularity of our Christmas and New Year shows we get fully booked some months in advance, so if you're planning to come along to a show we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.
