Another corker last night with a great audience who were up for it from the off. A great way to launch this years competition. Hope you got your invites for the final!


Toby "part the waves" Hadoke is the MC for the evening.	Geoff Taylor pops in briefly with some material written specifically for the Labour Conference. Oh, they would have loved it!


Last years winner, Vince Atta warms them up nicely.


Michel J Dolan is the final warm up act and does a cracking job as always.	Michael's fans.


And we're off. The first act in the Beat the Frog World Series 2006 is Daniel Gray and he Beats the Frog.	Ross Wagman is next up and also makes the five minutes.



Luke Bayley is next up and doesn't fare quite so well. - 2:45	Damion Larking rips it! - Beat the Frog.

Jason Ryan is superb and makes the five minutes.	Bethany Black is full make, and full effect it seems. She had a fantastic gig with a great performance. - Beat the Frog.


Andy Mettam clearly enjoys making the five.	More lovely audience peeps.


Sonny Hartland is the penultimate act. - 2:35	And the close the show, Don Barr - 2:!5
